Class fee: $50 per person or $75 per couple.

This class is intended for anyone considering alpacas for pets or as a business. You will learn basic handling techniques, care requirements, nutrition, breeding considerations, and animal record keeping. Business planning will also be covered. Please dress appropriate for the weather and handling the alpacas!!

Class size is limited to allow for hands-on learning.

By request, Serano Alpacas is pleased to offer individualized classes by appointment. These one-on-one classes will be tailored to answering your specific questions as an alpaca owner or future owner. To specialize this class, and make an appointment, please fill in the 'Information Request' form on our Contact Us page with a brief description of what you'd like to learn about alpacas, and any dates you are available. Class fee is $40 per hour.
